Prices listed and transactions conducted in Canadian dollars. Abantu accepts VISA, Mastercard, PayPal and Bank E-Transfers. Prices are subject to change without prior notice and in some cases prices online may differ from prices in store.

Financial information gathered during ordering online and instore, is used only for the purpose of that transaction. Abantu retains certain information for customers who register an online user account, to speed up further shopping cart purchases. General customer contact information may be used by Abantu to both respond to customer questions and concerns, and, provided the customer has 'opted in', to provide exclusive information and special offers for hair-related items via our Newsletter. At any time customers may 'opt out' of such promotional correspondence.
Your information will never be gifted, traded, sold or exchanged in any way with third parties.

Abantu shipping guidelines for Canada, USA and the world

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Abantu ships to Canadian, USA and international locations.

  • Canadian orders shipped via Purolator Courier, delivery 1–4 business days (most locations). See flat rates list below
  • 
USA orders shipped via Canada Post/USPS (regular service), delivery 4–10 business days. All states: $25–$35
  • Express USA service delivery 3-5 business days. Faster service via Purolator Courier, delivery 1–3 days
  • International Regular Airmail delivery 6–8 days. International Express Airmail  delivery 3-4 days.




Abantu charges a flat rate for shipping based on the province/state.
You will be contacted prior to having your order sent if you live in a rural area that requires additional shipping costs.

Abantu's returns and refunds policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: (FOR ONLINE ORDERS ONLY)

ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE:
Hair Extensions and Hair Care Products 
(with manufacturer's seal intact)

  • Items must be returned within 10 business days of receipt, in original factory condition with all packaging/tags attached
  • Items must not be worn or 'tried on' and must be free of odor
  • Return shipping costs paid by the customer. We recommend registered trackable shipping – Abantu is not responsible for lost or damaged packages
  • Restocking fee: 10%. No fee on exchanged Items
  • No exchanges/returns on Sale and Clearance items

THERMAL APPLIANCES:
All thermal appliances are a final sale. Customers should mail warranty cards and products for repair/replacement to the manufacturer. The customer is responsible for shipping costs unless warranty card advises otherwise.

BACKORDERS:
If your product is out of stock we will contact you via email or by phone with the estimated arrival date, at which time you may:

  • Select a new item
  • Request to be priority wait listed. We will complete the charge to the original payment method and ship according to your original method chosen.
  • Cancel the original order

International backorders:
We do not ship partial orders, therefore your order will be shipped when all products ordered are available.
